CHAPTER I
Article 1. The INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF LIGHT MUSIC FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH “NEXT MAGIC VOICE,” 5th Edition, on June 22, 2024, in Focșani, is an artistic event organized by BRATOSIN EVENTS SRL in colaboration with MAIOR GHEORGHE PASTIA POPULAR ATHENAEUM, FOCSANI, VRANCEA- ROMANIA. It aims to involve a segment of the population interested in music education and appreciation.
Article 2. The purpose of this event is to promote music art, discover and motivate young talents, appreciate performers at their true value, foster a spirit of competition and fairness, and combat discrimination among children and youth. Additionally, cultural exchanges will foster friendships and collaborations among children, youth, teachers, and mentors.
Objectives:
- Discover, launch, and promote young interpretative talents.
- Stimulate the values of light music.
- Attract the most valuable voices from the country to our event.
- Encourage cultural exchanges.
- Establish this festival as a brand.
The INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF LIGHT MUSIC FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH “NEXT MAGIC VOICE” is open to children and young people FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD , from palaces, children’s clubs, kindergartens, schools, high schools, cultural associations, and private schools across the country, including children and youth with disabilities. The organizers aim to provide participants with the opportunity to perform on stage, accompanied by choreographic groups and live backing vocals, ensuring that their presentation is as original as possible.
Article 3. The INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF LIGHT MUSIC FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH “NEXT MAGIC VOICE” is a cultural-artistic event organized as follows:
- Participants will complete the registration form by accessing the following link: Festivals Form. Subsequently, they should send the following documents to the email address office@bratosinevents.ro by June 15, 2024:
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Audio recordings (positive and negative) of the competition song. These recordings should be in MP3 or WAV format and not exceed 3 minutes.
- Copy of payment proof for the registration fee for the individual interpretation section and for the group section (SHOW).
- The participants that have an official invitation/ discount for participation fee, offered by organizers, will send the registration for ONLINE VIDEO RECORDING SECTION,to the email address office@bratosinevents.ro by 10 june, 2024, in order to be published on facebook account https://www.facebook.com/bratosinevents/
The registration fee is 60 EUR + transaction commission fees and 30 EUR/member for the group (plus commission). Payments should be made to the following account, with the mention “festival Tax” and the “participant’s name”:

CHAPTER II
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Article 4. At this light music festival, children and young interpreters from Romania can participate individually or in groups of 2-5 members for the SHOW section. Their mentors or qualified individuals believe they have talent in musical interpretation and are prepared to participate in this type of competition.
4.1. INDIVIDUAL INTERPRETATION CONTEST SECTION (pop, jazz, folk, musical, etc.) will take place in the following age categories:
- 4 – 6 years
- 7 – 8 years
- 9 – 10 years
- 11 – 13 years
- 14 – 16 years
- 17 – 18+ years Participants will enter the competition in alphabetical order. The performed song can be in Romanian or from the international repertoire.
4.2. SHOW INTERPRETATION CONTEST SECTION: This category allows participants to perform genre-appropriate songs as a group.
4.3. ONLINE VIDEO RECORDING SECTION / VIDEO CLIP REQUIREMENTS:
- Video clips must be recorded within the last 12 months before the competition.
- Live performance videos from other festivals, TV projects, and competitions are accepted.

- Singers must record their performance horizontally (for YouTube) on any video device, with clear sound and without technical corrections or editing.
- Studio soundtracks are NOT ALLOWED.
- Participants’ video clips will be uploaded for public viewing on our official YouTube channel.
- Participants grant the organizers all rights to use the submitted materials (photos, videos) on social networks, websites, and other sources for promotional purposes.
The entry into the competition will be in alphabetical order and will be displayed on the page www.bratosinevents.ro.
CHAPTER III: Festival Program
Article 6. The festival will take place from June 22, 2024, at MAIOR GHEORGHE PASTIA POPULAR ATHENAEUM, FOCSANI, VRANCEA- ROMANIA. It will be held in an ONLINE and LIVE format, following a well-established program by the organizers. For participants arriving in Focșani one day before the event and requesting accommodation, the organizers will facilitate their identification (accommodation/meal) and publish the best offers on the social media page: Bratosin Events Facebook Page or www.bratosinevents.ro. The festival program will be announced in advance after consolidating all the data.
Article 7. Obligations of Participants and Organizers
OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS:
- Adhere to the provisions of this regulation.
- Timely submit the necessary documents for registration.
- Pay the participation fee.
- Avoid damaging the property in the concert hall and maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain silence throughout the competition.
- Cover transportation/accommodation/meal expenses, either personally or through the institution they represent.
OBLIGATIONS OF ORGANIZERS:
- Ensure all conditions for the successful conduct of the competition (sound, prizes, jury, performance, recital).
Article 8. Prizes:
- The organizers will award prizes to all participants.
- For each competition section:
- Individual Interpretation: Category trophy, 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize, honorable mentions, and special prizes for each age category.
- SHOW (Group Interpretation): Category trophy, 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize, honorable mentions, and special prizes.
- Online Video Clip Section: Category trophy, 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize, honorable mentions, and special prizes.
- The Grand Trophy of the festival will be awarded to the participant with the highest average score.
- The winner of the Grand Trophy will perform a micro-recital at the next edition of the competition.
- The organizers reserve the right to award additional prizes/trophies.
- Jury members will also contribute prizes.
- In case of a tie among multiple participants, they will perform an a cappella stanza and chorus of a song of their choice.
- The structure of prizes may be modified at the jury’s request.
Article 9. JURY:
- The jury, composed of professionals representing the organizers, established artists, composers, producers, singers, and teachers, evaluates artistic performances on a scale of 5 to 10.
- Jury members maintain confidentiality regarding scores and rankings resulting from judging.
- If jury members are also teachers of admitted participants or represent institutions with participants in the competition, they will not judge those candidates. In such cases, the jury president’s score will be doubled.
- Jury decisions cannot be contested or annulled.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION AND JUDGING:
- Appropriateness of the song, lyrics/age (age categories): 10%
- Difficulty level of the piece: 15%
- Interpretative qualities (intonation accuracy, timbral clarity, etc
- Artistic Expressiveness and Stage Presence: 10%
- Participants should demonstrate: timbral clarity, vocal intonation/amplitude, excellent diction, and vocal emission.
Participants are required to appear at the awards ceremony in the same attire they wore during the competition.
